Details: This patient consulted with a plastic surgeon with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. This patient and our plastic surgeon decided that the best way to correct this problem would be to proceed with breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel breast implants in the state licensed surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville.

BREAST AUGMENATION
This patient came to see one of our plastic surgeons unhappy with the size of her breasts. This patient was a 'B' cup at the time of her consult, with a desire to be a full 'C' cup. This patient and our plastic surgeon decided to proceed with breast augmentation surgery in the state licensed ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville. They decided that this patient would get the best result possible with 375 cc. smooth, round, high profile, silicone gel filled breast implants.
Our plastic surgeon inserted the 375 cc silicone gel breast implants through an inframammary incision below the patient's pectoral muscles. This patient was then transported to the recovery room of the ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville and then was discharged home. This procedure took our plastic surgeon about 1 1/2 hours and the patient was in our recovery room for roughly 45 minutes after surgery.
