Details: This patient presented herself to one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She was interested in increasing the size of her breasts as well as changing the shape of them. This patient discussed these concerns with our plastic surgeon and decided to proceed with a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 275 cc saline breast implants. You can see from the before & after pictures why this patient was so happy with her surgical result postoperatively.
