Details: This patient came to see one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the skin over her eyelids. She felt that her upper eyelids drooped and desired to have some of the excess skin removed. She decided to proceed with bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty surgery in the state licensed ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville.

UPPER LID BLEPHAROPLASTY

This patient came to see one of the plastic surgeons with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville unhappy with the appearance of the skin above her eyes. She experienced some hooding and ptosis of the skin above her eyes. After consulting with our plastic surgeon, this patient and our plastic surgeon decided to proceed with bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty surgery in the state licensed ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville. This procedure was preformed under general anesthesia in the ambulatory surgery center of the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville. Our plastic surgeon completed this blepharoplasty in about one and one quarter hours. You can see postoperatively why this patient was so happy with her surgical result. The bilateral blepharoplasty reduced the amount of skin above her eyes and reduced the amount of eyelid hooding that she experienced.
